Dust Suppression System

Description

The Dust Suppression System, also known as Fogger System or Dust Spraying System through spray nozzles, controls dust in crushing and belt conveyor transfer, consisting basically of a pumping and filtration unit, in addition to pipes and spray nozzles.

It is a unique dust control system because it does not require chemicals or compressors, in addition to having very low water consumption, initial and operational cost. It works on the agglomerative principle, in which small water particles form a mist that agglomerates with dust particles, making the particles larger and heavier, and which by gravity fall and aggregate with the transported material.

In transfer points, it is common for the transported material, due to its low weight, to be carried by the wind, harming and polluting the environment. The Rasper Dust Suppression System (Fogger System) is ideal for solving this problem, as its action is at each point responsible for the emission of these dust particles, eliminating them and thus avoiding harm to the environment.

Produces a very fine water mist without soaking the product, with uniform distribution.
