Description

The Rasper Dust Collection System separates the dust generated in bulk material handling processes from the air stream through compact bag-type filter elements.

The filter element cleaning occurs through a reverse jet of compressed air installed in the inspection door, providing high efficiency to the system.

The required air capacity depends on the equipment dimensions, but typically a maximum of 10,000 m³/h is requested.

For air capacities greater than 6000 m³/h, more than one Dust Collection System can be used.

Screens and Belt conveyors are low dust generators, but in any case, an air capacity between 4,000 and 6,000 m³/h should be considered.

They can be applied in various types of industries: Mining, Steel, Cement, Foundry, Ports, Fertilizers, Paper and Pulp, Sugar Mills, etc.
